**Q: How long until my order arrives?**

- **Production**: 2–5 business days (freshly printed)
- **Shipping**: 3–7 business days (USPS/UPS)

**Q: What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?**

- Print is blurry, misaligned, or peeling
- Item is cracked, torn, or defective
